Mission
The mission of the Analysis Branch is to conduct thorough analysis to assist in the management of Noncommissioned Officer Professional Development System policy, governance, leadership, projects, programs and systems development in support of the United States Army Noncommissioned Officer Professional Development System (NCOPDS) that provides NCOs capable of thinking systematically and critically to lead Soldiers into combat.
Purpose
The branch provides relevant education and training products and educational opportunities to prepare NCOs to function within the operational environment variables and mission variables. The Analysis Branch embeds emerging technologies, teaching methods, learning models, doctrine and operational lessons learned into curriculum to educate and train noncommissioned officers on what they need to operate in a complex and uncertain environment. Analysis is a collaborative effort and is successful when the needed input from subject matter experts, Soldiers, instructors, task performers, and supervisors is obtained.
