Will is a native of Norfolk, Va. He entered the United States Army on 18 April 1992 having served 6 years in the North Carolina National Guard. He first served as a Military Policeman in the 24th MP Company at Fort Stewart, Georgia after which he attended Military Working Dog School with a follow-on assignment to Giessen Kennels, 104th ASG Giessen, Germany. He served as a Narcotic Detector Dog Handler, Explosive Dog Handler, and Kennel Master.

In January 2000, Mr. Holland volunteered for recruiting duty and was assigned to the Daytona Beach Recruiting Company in Daytona Beach, Florida. From 2000 through 2006, he served as a Field recruiter, On-Production Station Commander, Limited-Production Station Commander, and Company Operations Trainer.

Mr. Holland was selected to Master Sergeant and assumed duties as the First Sergeant of the Savannah Recruiting Company in Jacksonville Recruiting Battalion. He also served in that position in Lexington and Nashville Recruiting Companies until 2011 when he was assigned as the Operations SGM for the Albany Recruiting Battalion and selected to attend the United States Army Sergeants Major Academy. His follow-on assignment was the operations and ultimately Command Sergeant Major for the Indianapolis Recruiting Battalion. He was then selected to serve as the US Army Garrison Japan Command Sergeant Major where he remained until his selection to serve as a Senior Army Fellow to the Sergeant Major of the Army assigned to the Department of Education.

Mr. Holland graduated Summa Cum Laude from Grantham University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Multi-disciplinary Studies. He also has a Masters in Liberal Arts in Leadership Studies from the University of Texas at El Paso and a Graduate Certificate in Instructional Design from the University of Central Florida.

Mr. Holland is a graduate of all NCOES courses. In addition, he is a graduate of the Nominative Leaders Course, Brigade and Battalion Pre-command course, the Garrison Pre-command Course, the Senior Master Trainers Course, Guidance Counselor Course, First Sergeant Course, and United States Army Sergeants Major Course. His awards and decorations include the Legion of Merit with one oak leaf cluster, the Army Commendation Medal with three oak leaf clusters, the Army Achievement Medal with eight oak leaf clusters, the National Defense Service Medal, the Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal, the Southwest Asia Service Medal, the Kuwait Liberation Medal, two Army Superior Unit Awards, and one Meritorious Unit Citation.

Mr. Holland and his wife Wendy have five children. The eldest son, Sergeant Robert D. Sanchez was killed in action 1 October 2009 while serving as a Ranger with the 1/75th Ranger Battalion in Kandahar Province, Afghanistan.

Sergeant Major Raul C. Rangel is a native of Tulsa, Oklahoma and entered the United States Army in August 1999. He attended Basic Combat Training and Advanced Individual Training at Fort Jackson, SC then graduated as a 71L Administrative Specialist.

Throughout his Army career, he has held a variety of leadership positions ranging from Team leader, Section Chief, BN S-1 NCOIC, GOMO NCOIC, Senior Drill Sergeant, and First Sergeant. His stateside assignments include Fort Meyer, Virginia, The Pentagon, Washington D.C., and Fort Sill, Oklahoma. His overseas assignments include Germany and El Salvador. He has deployed to Iraq and Kosovo for combat and peacekeeping operations.

His military and civilian education includes Basic Leader Course, Small Arms Course, Course, Combat Life Saver Course, Unit Prevention Leader, Advanced Leader Course, Battle Staff Course, Senior Leader Course, United States Army Drill Sergeant School, CBRN Course, Master Driver Course, Company Commander/First Sergeant Course, Personnel Recover Course, and United States Army Sergeants Major Course. He also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Management from American Military University.

He is married and has three children.

Jason is a creative problem-solver and educator. Raised in Kentucky, he become a known child prodigy and was the first from his county to attend the state’s prestigious Governor’s School for the Arts as a teen, where he studied under Martin Rollins and Reuben J. Moreno. After graduating high school, Mr. Henderson served on active duty in the Army 1994–1998 as a THAAD/Patriot Missile System Operator/Mechanic at Ft. Bliss, Texas. Worked at the side of government contractors, operated computer simulations and assisted in the development of Army training materials and procedures for the THAAD missile system; trained Soldiers on system setup and maintenance; and briefed general officers, government officials and dignitaries on the mission, features and capabilities of the missile system.

After the Army, Mr. Henderson also served as Creative Director, Director of Procurement, Digital Designer, Web Developer, Instructor, and Interactive Content Writer. He worked at the top agencies in the southwest and for nationally known clients before eventually being recruited in 2008 to bring his technical expertise back to the government sector to lead the development of the first online, DL version of the Sergeants Major Course. He has now had a hand in all NCO PME over the last 15+ years.

Mr. Henderson attended the University of Texas at El Paso, where he graduated Cum Laude with his B.A. in Art: Graphic Design. He graduated with his M.A. Leadership Studies: Educational Leadership maintaining a 4.0 and completed Instructional Design post-graduate studies at Trident University.

His awards and honors include TRADOC Nominee for the Department of Defense David O. Cooke Excellence in Public Administration Award; Two Commanders Awards for Civilian Service; DL Maverick Nominee and DL Champion Nominee, TRADOC Capabilities Manager for The Army Distributed Learning Program; Best of Show, EPCC 46th Annual Student Art Exhibition; Third Place, Artovation Student Show 2023 Exhibition, Texas Association of Schools of Art; Best of Show and Gold - Logo, El Paso Addy Awards; and is a Collegiate All-American Scholar. His military awards include Army Commendation Medal, Army Achievement Medal, Good Conduct Medal, National Defense Service Medal, and Army Service Ribbon.

Mr. Henderson and his wife Yvette have three children. One daughter is a professional writer, the other daughter is a professional graphic designer, and his son is currently deployed serving in the Army as a 68W Combat Medic.

Mr. Olivas is a native of Albuquerque, NM. He entered the US Army in May of 1983 and received Basic Training and AIT at Fort Sill, Oklahoma. Follow on assignment Airborne school at Fort Benning, GA. His first duty assignment was an assistant gunner in the Airborne Field Artillery Regiment, 82nd Airborne Division Fort Bragg NC.

Mr. Olivas’ initial assignment was A Battery 2/321st FA (Airborne), Fort Bragg, NC. His subsequent assignments include; HSB 2/321st FA (Airborne), Fort Bragg, NC; A Battery and HSB 3/319th Airborne Field Artillery Regiment (AFAR), Fort Bragg, NC; C Battery 4/11th FA (Airborne), Fort Richardson, Alaska; B Battery 2/8th FA, Fort Lewis, Washington; HHC Company, 82nd Airborne Division, Fort Bragg, NC; A and HSB Batteries 2/319th AFAR, Fort Bragg, NC; ; A and B Companies, United States Army Sergeants Major Academy, Fort Bliss, Texas; HHB, V CORPS Artillery, Heidelberg, Germany, and CSM for 2/319th AFAR, Fort Bragg, NC. Mr. Olivas has three combat tours; Operation Desert Shield/Storm; and Operation Iraqi Freedom I and III.

Mr. Olivas served in numerous positions of increased responsibility, including Section Chief, Gunnery Sergeant, Chief of Firing Battery/Platoon Sergeant, Observer Controller, Equal Opportunity Advisor, First Sergeant, First Sergeant Course Instructor, Sergeant Major Course Instructor, Operations Sergeant Major, Command Sergeant Major, Director of Operations, and now a Course Manager.

Mr. Olivas is a graduate of the Primary Leadership Development Course, Basic Noncommissioned Officer Course, Advanced Noncommissioned Officer Course, Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute, First Sergeant Course, Battle Staff Course, and the US Army Sergeants Major Course, Class 54, Battalion Pre-Command Course, Basic Airborne Course, Jumpmaster Course, Path Finder Course, Air Assault School, and Ranger School. Mr. Olivas received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Excelsior College in Liberal Arts with focus areas in Administration and Management, a Master of Arts Degree in Liberal Studies from Excelsior College, and a Graduate Certificate in Instructional Systems Specialist from Trident University International.

Mr. Olivas resides in El Paso, TX and is married to Delilah and have four adult sons, and three grand kids.
